Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in an Account Manager role.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of ecommerce logistics and/or cross-border ecommerce is advantageous.
• Proactive, self-motivated with ability to work independently or in teams.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Account retention and development of existing cross-border accounts.
• Monitor shipping trends, volume and revenue for key accounts.
• Negotiate contractual rates to ensure business retention.
• Build and maintain relationships with merchants; address needs promptly.
• Source new opportunities and cross-sell product mix (Import & Export).
• Manage international inbound and outbound leads with a target pipeline strength.
• Provide regular pipeline updates and weekly activity reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues.
