Job summary

Adyen in Singapore is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive APAC growth by managing enterprise merchants and expanding share of wallet. You will provide payments expertise and guidance to help merchants grow across industries.

You will build strong relationships with key contacts, cross-sell and upsell, and collaborate with the global Adyen team to deliver strategic payment solutions in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Travel about 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of enterprise-level client management experience.
• Proven track record of cross-selling and upselling across digital, retail, and SaaS platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience collaborating with startups and development teams is a plus.
• Ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Be fully responsible for the success and satisfaction of your merchants.
• Drive growth through increasing the share of wallet, cross-selling & upselling, bringing valuable insights, and building strong relationships with key contacts.
• Build and sustain relationships with key merchant stakeholders, and leverage those relationships to drive the best possible merchant experience.
• Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis. You'll deliver expertise, education, and guidance to merchants as they craft and execute their payments strategy. Coordinate any internal project regarding your merchants.
• Work and collaborate with colleagues in the global Adyen team
