DHL Express Singapore is seeking a Global Account Manager to lead profitable development of global accounts, positioning DHL as a strategic partner and delivering programs through a cross-functional team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Industry Development, you will contribute to strategies that maintain, protect, improve and grow account sales and portfolios.

You will also provide revenue and activity reporting to management, build long-term partnerships, and drive regional collaboration

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of account management/development experience.
• Experience in corporate consultative/solution-based sales.
• Degree in Business or related discipline.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify, establish and manage multi-tier relationships across customer and DHL organizations to ensure long-term business partnership and goals.
• Drive sales improvement through harmonized processes across regions.
• Understand and translate customer expectations and requirements.
• Lead customer presentations and proposals for key accounts.
• Plan activities to retain and grow sustainable sales revenue.
• Develop and manage after-sales strategy for each account.
• Provide customer-oriented service for sales and account issues.
• Support regional bidding or RFQ processes as needed.
