Job summary

unikey electronics pte. ltd. is seeking a proactive Sales Account Manager to grow relationships with an international customer base.

You will manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and coordinate internal resources to ensure a seamless experience from quotation to invoicing. As part of our electronics distribution team, you will handle quote-to-order, negotiate pricing, monitor product availability, and collaborate with sales, purchasing, logistics and engineering to deliver

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years in B2B sales, account management or electronics distribution.
• Experience with electronic components or industrial distribution is a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen for pricing, margins and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural relationship skills.
• Ability to negotiate, problem-solve and coordinate across teams.
• Capable of handling multiple accounts in a fast-paced setting.
• Good analytical skills for market research and opportunities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
• Fluent English; Mandarin fluency to support China team.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Able to work independently with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall relationship with assigned customer accounts as primary contact for commercial and operational matters.
• Develop long-term relationships by understanding customer business, product needs and supply chain.
• Provide proactive customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts and cross-sell across portfolio.
• Own quote-to-order process and coordinate timely quotations with internal resources.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to fulfill orders on time.
• Communicate order status, lead times, and supply risks to customers.
