Job summary

A leading automotive supplier in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to enhance employee relations and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate has 10-15 years of related experience and a degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, be meticulous, and have good communication skills. This role provides opportunities to work in a dynamic environment with various HR projects.

Qualifications

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices (I.e. Outsourcing of Payroll Vendor Implenmentation)
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Ensure employee data in Workday is accurate for monthly payroll process
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data in HRIS and Payroll system
  • Update payroll on new hires, terminations, and changes in pay rates
  • Prepare and submit required reports and filings related to compensation and benefits.
  • Full spectrum of Compensation & Benefit (Insurance renewal, insurance & medical claims, payment matters, variable bonus, Annual Performance Appraisal and Merit Increment etc.)
  • Support and maintain salary structures and job classifications for hourly employees.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices where necessary
  • Administer salary surveys and analyze data to recommend adjustments.
  • Design and manage employee benefits programs, including employee health insurance
  • Evaluate and negotiate with benefits providers to ensure cost-effective and comprehensive coverage.
  • Administration of employee benefits - Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.
  • Develop and update compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
  • Ensure policies are communicated effectively and consistently applied across the organization
  • Integral part of TISAX audits and adherence matters
  • Any other HR projects as assigned
