  • Develop, implement, & monitor strategic business plans aligned with company goals.
  • Establish performance metrics & ensure operational compliance with company policies & industry regulations.
Leadership & People Management
  • Lead, mentor, & motivate management teams & staff.
  • Recruit, train, & develop key personnel to build strong leadership pipelines.
  • Conduct performance evaluations & ensure accountability across teams.
Sales, Marketing & Customer Engagement
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand market share & revenue streams.
