What role will you play?

As a sales-orientated individual, you’ll be responsible for driving new business in addition to executing trade orders for existing clients across the Futures product group. You’ll join a well-established team and will be expected to cover execution for yourself and fellow team members. Leveraging the wider Macquarie platform is vital to our success, and you’ll be working with internal desks on flow and providing client introductions across the business, as well as working with internal clearing teams and exchanges.

What you offer
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar securities sales and execution role with confidence in your ability to create new business
  • Ability to understand and navigate the structural and regulatory environment in different markets
  • Ability to understand complex trade structures and grasp financial concepts
  • A resilient and driven mindset with strong communication and numeracy skills
  • A disciplined approach to risk management and the ability to intuitively understand and evaluate risk versus reward
  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, tenacity and quality focus.
