About the job Futures Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the platform's trading activities related to futures contracts such as monitoring user trading behavior, platform trading positions, margin and risk management.
• Analyze various data related to futures transactions and providing optimization suggestions.
• Serving and managing futures brokers who cooperate.
• Planning and implementing various events, analyzing data, and improving user conversion rate, platform profitability and other indicators.
• Identify any lapses and implement revisions to optimize efficiency.
• Analyse any user issues or feedback and work with relevant internal teams to come up with improvements.
• Managing and motivating futures operation team members.
• Other duties as assigned by team

Qualifications

• Minimally Degree and above in any relevant fields
• Prior experience in similar types of operations in this industry and experience as a team leader will be an added advantage
• Responsible, able to withstand pressure, and have a good sense of teamwork.
