Functional Testing

• Design test cases based on requirements and user stories
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing
• Test Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio & ServiceNow
• Validate workflows, business rules, roles, and data accuracy
• Support UAT and log issues

Performance & Load Testing

• Define KPIs: response time, throughput, system stability
• Conduct load, stress, and endurance tests
• Monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks
• Ensure applications meet availability and usage requirements

Test Automation

• Build and maintain automation frameworks
• Automate regression and performance test cases
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines

Security & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with IM8 and SGTS guidelines
• Test role access and data handling rules
• Support security remediation and audits

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare test plans, cases, and reports
• Manage defects using JIRA
• Maintain reusable testing assets

Requirements

• 4–6 years in software testing
• At least 2 years’ experience testing:
