Job summary

ADECCO Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage air import or export shipments from booking through completion. You will keep customers updated on flight schedules, delays and delivery arrangements while liaising with airlines, agents and internal teams.

The role welcomes fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and values good communication, coordination, and a positive attitude. CargoWise experience is not required, and training on systems will be provided.

Qualifications

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; logistics, shipping or customer service backgrounds encouraged.
• Experience in Air Import and/or Air Export operations is a plus.

Location: Changi Alps
Salary: $3,200 – $4000
AWS + Variable Bonus
Company Transport Provided – Selected pick-up points from the West, North & East
Mon–Fri: 9:00am–5:30pm
Alternate Sat: 9:00am–1:30pm

The Job:

• Handle and coordinate Air Import OR Export shipments from booking through shipment completion.
• Provide customers with timely updates on shipment status, flight schedules, delays and delivery arrangements.
• Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, transporters, warehouses and internal operations teams.
• Prepare and process airfreight documentation such as MAWB, HAWB, pre-alerts and shipping documents.
• Monitor shipment milestones and follow up on delays, discrepancies and operational issues.
• Support customs clearance and cargo delivery arrangements.
• Update shipment information accurately in the system.
• Support billing, invoicing and shipment/job closure.
• Ensure shipments are handled according to customer SOPs and operational requirements.

The Talent:

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification

• Experience in Air Import and/or Air Export operations will be an added advantage.
• CargoWise experience is not required. Familiarity with other logistics or freight systems is welcome.
• Good communication, coordination and customer service skills.
