Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a Logistics Admin role in Singapore. You will handle import shipments, billing, and coordination with customers and carriers to ensure smooth delivery and compliant cargo clearance.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in logistics or freight forwarding, with a Diploma/Degree in Logistics Management. A multi-tasking, detail-driven approach is essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ degree in Logistics Management.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding.
• Experience in import shipments and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute import shipments process efficiently.
• Billing invoices accurately and send to customers promptly.
• Check cargo clearance permits before release to warehouse/traffic.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, co-loaders, transporters and overseas agents.
• Create billing, shipment details and permit declarations for customers/agents.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Working hours: 5.5 Days: Monday-Friday: 8:30am-6pm, Alternate Saturday half day

Job Scope

• To execute import shipments process in an efficient and effective manner.
• Billing invoices to generated accurately, timely and sent out promptly to customers to facilitate efficient payments by customers
• Perform checks on the approval cargo clearance permit/cargo conditions before releasing to Warehouse / Traffic
• Co-ordination and communication with various parties (including customers, carrier, co-loaders, transporters and overseas agents);
• Create billing, shipment details and permit declaration, email to customers or overseas agent
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirement

• Diploma/ Degree in Logistics Management or relevant discipline
• 1 -3 years of relevant work experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding company
