Full Stack Application Developer

What the day will look like

• Build high-performing web applications in collaboration with actuaries, developers, and business experts.
• Write clean, high-quality, performant, and maintainable code in line with team principles and standards.
• Participate in code reviews and identify and apply best practices for software development.
• Follow agile software development practices and contribute to the team’s continuous delivery and integration efforts.
• Build and maintain secure, organized, and reusable APIs.
• Develop maintainable and performant queries on complex data sets.
• Take ownership of end-to-end design and implementation of features and enhancements.
• Proactively assist and share knowledge of new technologies and techniques with other team members.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• 3–5+ years of relevant work experience as part of a development team.
• Proficiency with one or more frontend frameworks and single-page applications (SPA) using TypeScript, Angular, or similar technologies (React/VUE); strong front-end development fundamentals.
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET , with experience developing REST APIs.
• Keen eye for functional UI, user experience, and data visualization.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with cross-functional global teams.
• Experience with visualization libraries such as D3.js, Chart.js, or Highcharts.
• Experience in RDBMS (SQL Server), database design, performance tuning, and stored procedures.
• Ability and desire to learn new languages and technologies (evaluate, experiment, and recommend transitions to the latest software technologies).
• Experience with version control systems (Git/NX) and CI/CD tools.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS or Azure) and ETL/data platforms (such as Databricks) is a plus.
