Overview

We're looking for a fun and motivated team player with a passion for packing, organising and a keen eye to detail to join our Fulfilment and Operations team on a part-time basis.

The current position offered will be Fulfilment & Operations Assistant (Part-Time) or such other post as determined by the Employer, its holding company or its associate or subsidiary companies (together called the “Group”).

Employment Type: Part-time

Work Location: Our Fulfilment Centre, 970 Toa Payoh North

Work Schedule: Minimum 3 days a week (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities

• Execute all daily activities of the Fulfilment Center (Warehouse)
• Facilitate inventory related duties that include inbounding and outbounding of stocks, space management, logistics and floor productivity
• Ensure smooth operations of picking and packing orders, quality control standards, preparing and facilitating shipment deliveries within the stipulated time frame
• Actively pursuing improvements in operational effectiveness and efficiency
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
• Reporting to Superiors, Directors and assisting with any other matters required

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum ’N' level certificate
• Prior work experience in e-commerce preferred
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint preferred
• Strong people skills
• Ability to work extended hours, or as required
