OPUS IT Services Pte Ltd is seeking an IT frontline support specialist for a 2-year contract at Science Park, Singapore. The role involves handling walk-in at the IT Concierge counter and providing basic IT support across hardware, software, and network issues.

You will accompany vendors to restricted areas and assist with onboarding user devices, with rotating shifts. Applicants should be native-born Singaporeans or have CAT1 clearance soon, and be prepared for 3–4 months clearance wait.

Qualifications

• IT trained with IT frontline experience.
• Experience handling ITSM tickets and on-site requests.
• Able to support walk-in customers at the IT Concierge counter.

Responsabilités

• Handle walk-in at the IT Concierge counter.
• Provide level 1 to 1.5 IT support.
• Accompany vendors to restricted area.
• Onboard users devices.
• Log incidents and requests and escalate as needed.
• Assist with basic network and hardware troubleshooting.
• Perform software installations and secure access checks.
