Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Service Engineer in Singapore on a 2-year contract to deliver reliable, secure, and responsive helpdesk services. You will support end users, manage incidents, and maintain IT assets in line with corporate policies and audit standards to enable smooth daily operations.

The role covers Level 1–2 support, asset provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, room and collaboration tool support, and escalation of security matters.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or Service Desk experience.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, endpoint devices, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for end-user devices, systems and applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and access issues per SLA.
• Log, monitor and manage incidents and service requests.
• Use AI-driven tools to boost productivity and IT support workflows.
• Provision, tag, register, and dispose IT assets per policy.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding and equipment management.
• Support meeting rooms and collaboration platforms.
• Escalate complex security matters as needed.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and knowledge base.
• Supervise IT projects and handle ad hoc duties.
