Job summary

OPUS IT Services Pte Ltd in Singapore invites applications for a Contract Desktop Engineer to deliver Level 1–1.5 IT support at a security-conscious IT Concierge environment. You will assist walk-ins, handle ITSM tickets, and provide on-site assistance from the IT Concierge counter.

The role requires a diploma in IT, Mandarin language skills, and willingness to obtain G50 CAT 1 clearance. Working at Science Park, you’ll join a team delivering frontline IT support under strict security.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or related field.
• Experience providing frontline/Desktop/End User IT support.
• Mandarin-speaking ability preferred.
• Willing to undergo G50 CAT 1 security clearance.
• Comfortable in a security-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1–1.5 IT support through tickets, walk-ins, on-site support and VIP phone support.
• Support user onboarding and offboarding, including device preparation and configuration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, account and connectivity issues.
• Log, update and track incidents and service requests accurately.
• Escalate critical incidents involving security concerns or potential data breaches within required timeframe.
• Document solutions and maintain self-help guides and knowledge base articles.
