Job summary

Our client is a plastic manufacturer seeking an IT Support Executive to join their team on Jurong Island. You will provide frontline IT support for hardware, software, printers, and devices, manage user accounts, and assist with ERP/SharePoint systems under guidance from senior staff.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in IT or related field and 3-4 years of IT support experience. Basic networking knowledge is preferred, with company transport from Jurong East and Outram Park provided.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
3-4 years of IT support or relevant experience.
Relevant certificate in IT would be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, printers, network access, meeting room devices, and standard business applications.
Perform routine setup, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of PCs, laptops, phones, user accounts, and peripheral devices.
Update ticket records, asset registers, checklists, and user documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Manage Application systems and understand dataflow across business functions.
