Job summary

OPUS IT SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an IT Helpdesk/Asset Support professional on a 2-year renewable contract. The role requires Singaporean eligibility and involves roving duties across multiple East-side locations. Working hours are standard Mon-Fri, with site-based responsibilities.

You will manage asset inventory, provide desktop support, troubleshoot, patch, configure, and train users while coordinating with third-party vendors. Strong communication and initiative are essential.

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in IT
• Fresh candidate with related IT cert, proficient in Word/Excel/Outlook
• 1-2 years' experience in similar capacity
• Computing Devices Platform Supported: Windows, iOS, and Android
• Professional competencies: communication, initiative, multitasking, problem solving, customer service

Responsibilities

• Perform Asset Management of Infrastructure and Computing Devices
• Provide computer support services (Troubleshooting, patching, configuration, testing and maintenance) for any supported software and hardware
• Work with 3rd party vendors
• Provide Training, Coaching and orienting users on how to use computer devices
• Be responsible for completing assigned tasks on time and to user satisfaction
• Must be able to handle helpdesk duties
