Job summary

OPUS IT Services Pte Ltd in Singapore requires an IT Support professional for a 1-year contract (renewable) in the Tuas area. Working hours are office hours, 5-day week (Mon-Fri). Local/PR needed; salary SGD 2,800–3,000 plus SGD 50 allowance.

Based in Singapore with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include End User Service Management, Mobile Device Management, Print Management, Asset Management and other on-site support tasks.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in IT support.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences."
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Basic understanding of network protocols.
• Familiar with web conferencing and mobility technologies.
• Experience in GMP validated environments would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• End User Service Management: follow requests, incidents, and problem management, update and resolve tickets, meet SLAs.
• Mobile Device Management: deploy devices and apply MDM software, troubleshoot device issues.
• Print Management: maintain printers and copiers, liaise with service providers, manage toner inventory.
• Asset Management: contact authorized service providers, image OS on new machines, tag assets, dispose hardware.
• Other Support Assignments: ad-hoc projects, meeting room management, on-site support as required.
