Job summary

OPUS IT Services Pte Ltd is seeking IT support personnel in Singapore to handle frontline IT service tasks, resolve incidents, and manage tickets. The role involves on-site support, troubleshooting, and coordinating with vendors for hardware RMAs.

You will contribute to knowledge base updates and ensure security/compliance for onboarded systems. The ideal candidate has IT frontline experience and familiarity with ITSM processes, with readiness to escalate complex issues to Subject Matter Experts

Qualifications

• Experience in IT service management (ITSM) tickets and requests.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve basic incidents, walk-ins and requests; log incidents and requests.
• Escalate tickets to the appropriate departments promptly after basic troubleshooting.
• Document resolutions and update self-help/knowledge base to improve first-contact resolution.
• Perform network troubleshooting on wired and wireless connections using testing tools.
• Verify whitelisted USB devices and perform whitelisting of USB devices as needed.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues for PCs and peripherals and coordinate RMAs with vendors.
• Install software with appropriate access controls and ensure security/compliance for onboarded systems.
