Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is hiring a Customer Service Officer to provide excellent service in a busy department store in Singapore. This is a 5-day work week schedule that includes weekends and public holidays.

Ex-Cabin crew / Guest relations executives welcome. Responsibilities include organizing customer service operations, assisting with GST refunds, Smart-Card applications, public announcements, lost and found, attending to inquiries and feedback, and gathering insights to improve

Qualifications

• Diploma required or equivalent.
• Weekend/public holiday availability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge required.
