BIOSKIN HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a vigilant Front Desk Supervisor in Singapore to manage daily receptionist duties, bookings, and customer inquiries, ensuring smooth front-line operations.

The role requires Mandarin and English bilingual communication, 2 years supervisory experience, and strong interpersonal, organisational, and multitasking skills. Singaporean candidates only, 5-day work week, and on-site at our Singapore location.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal, efficiency and organisational skills.
• Multitasking and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Experience as cabin crew is a plus.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers.
• Must be able to work retail hours and a 5-day work week.
• Singaporean only.

Responsabilidades

• Front desk duties including handling incoming and outgoing calls, booking appointments, attend to customer’s inquiry
• Communicating with customers via telephone, WhatsApp, email, face-to-face and social media
• Keeping records of discussions or correspondence with customers

REQUIREMENTS:
