Qualifications

• Diploma required or equivalent.
• Weekend/public holiday availability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Organize customer service operations to maintain good relationships with customers and staff.
• Provide support with GST refunds, Smart-Card applications, public announcements, lost and found cases, etc.
• Attend to customer inquiries and handle feedback/complaints effectively.
• Gather customer feedback to improve service standards.
• Perform other assigned duties.
