J.A.P DINING CONCEPTS PTE. LTD. is expanding its team in Singapore and seeks Service Crew members who are enthusiastic and customer-oriented. You will deliver excellent dining experiences, greet customers warmly, take orders, make recommendations, and ensure a smooth service flow.

As a Service Crew, you will be trained and supported to develop in hospitality, with opportunities for growth, bonuses based on KPI, meal and attendance allowances, and staff discounts in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Hospitality / F&B is an advantage.
• Self-driven with a good learning attitude.
• Independent and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer inquiries regarding food and beverages.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before and after each customer.
• Perform cashier duties accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Assist in other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
