Job summary

RecruitFirst is seeking a customer service-oriented individual for our Dhoby Ghaut outlet. You will manage the service counter, assist shoppers, handle enquiries, and support promotions and loyalty programs.

The role requires 6 days per week rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Minimum GCE O Levels, 1–2 years of similar experience, and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or strong service orientation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use standard software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer service counter and provide professional, timely assistance to shoppers and members of the public.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, incoming/outgoing calls, paging, and in-house announcements.
• Conduct mall rounds to identify maintenance issues and inspect marketing communication facilities.
• Manage lost-and-found items and perform general administrative duties as required.
• Support mall promotions, events, loyalty programme redemptions, and other customer engagement activities.
• Promote and educate customers and retailers on digital services, e-vouchers, gift-with-purchase initiatives, and loyalty programmes.

Job description

Location: Dhoby Ghaut
Duration: 2 year contract (Renewable)
Working Hours: 6 days / week rotating shift within retail hours
Salary: up to $3200 + Bonus

Job scope

• Manage the customer service counter and provide professional, timely assistance to shoppers and members of the public.

Requirements

• GCE’O’ Levels and above
• Preferably with 1 or 2 years’ working experience in similar capacity
• A team player and presentable

• Required to work on 6 days rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays
• Must be computer literate, customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
