Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Officer for a department store role. You will organize customer service operations, assist with GST refunds, Smart-Card applications, and public announcements, while ensuring friendly service.

You should have a Diploma, good spoken English, basic Microsoft Office skills, and hospitality experience. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required and ex-cabin crew are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Organize customer service operations to maintain good relationships with customers and staff
• Provide support with GST refunds, Smart-Card applications, public announcements, lost and found cases, etc.
• Attend to customer inquiries and handle feedback/complaints effectively
• Gather customer feedback to improve service standards
• Perform other assigned duties
