Job summary

BGC Partners (Australia) Pty Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Client Services Analyst to support front-office and middle-office platforms. You will be the point of contact for brokers and clients, handling issues with clear communication and timely resolution.

Responsibilities include first-line platform support, client communications, and assisting with platform adoption during client visits. You will learn trading workflows and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic APAC team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 1–5 years in client services, trading support, junior sales, operations, or application support in financial markets.
• Good business knowledge of Forex and/or IRS is a plus with interest to expand into Rates and electronic trading.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and internal teams.
• Commercially aware with a customer-service mindset and professional demeanor.
• Motivated to develop technical skills and learn BGC/GFI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for front-office and middle-office platforms, resolving issues within SLA.
• Act as client-facing representative, communicating clearly with brokers, traders, and ops teams.
• Support customer adoption, explain platform functionality during client visits.
• Triages and owns issues from report to resolution, escalating to specialists when needed.
• Develop understanding of end-to-end trading workflows (FX and Rates).
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements using AI and tooling.
• Create and maintain operational procedures and client-facing guides.
