Job summary

Saxo Group in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service professional to join Client and Partner Service. You will onboard and support clients through inbound and outbound calls, chats and CRM cases, helping with first funding and trades while guiding users through the platform and available products.

You will collaborate with Global Command Centre, GST, and other teams, maintain high service levels, and communicate with English and Mandarin speakers.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder with 1–2 years in customer service.
• Good spoken and written English; Mandarin proficiency required.
• Comfortable with inbound/outbound calls, chats, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and provide excellent service via calls, chats, and CRM.
• Address queries on trading platform, funding, transfers, and reports.
• Support events and campaigns and gather client feedback.
