Job summary

Hytech in Singapore is seeking a capable Business Analyst to join the Trading Support team as the critical bridge between Front Office, Development, Data, Client Success and Management. You will manage daily processes, risk visualization and P&L collation for a high-volume trading desk handling both standard and 24/7 synthetic products.

Qualifications

• Experience in Middle Office, Trading Support or Business Analyst roles.
• Understanding of trading system infrastructure, P&L reporting and risk representation.
• Direct experience with front-office trading teams or workflows is preferred.
• Exposure to vendor trading platforms is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be the bridge between Trading, Development, Data, Client Success and Management teams.
• Own daily operational flows, risk visualization and P&L collation for a high-volume desk.
• Support 24/7 synthetic products and ensure minimal operational disruption.
• Assist in risk representation and client segmentation to aid profitability analysis.
