Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking candidates for a front-office systems role within the Global Markets e-Platforms team in Singapore. You will work on real-time trading, risk management platforms, and related front-office enhancements.

Role involves translating business needs into requirements, collaborating with Technology on design and UAT, and providing training to users for new product rollouts. A degree in Business, Finance or CS and knowledge of electronic trading platforms are

Qualifications

A degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Technology or a related discipline from reputable institutions.
Technologically savvy with a strong interest in new technology.
Minimum 3 years’ work experience in front office support or middle office roles.
Knowledge of electronic trading platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Report to Global Markets/Global Business Management/Product Support as part of the e-Platforms implementation team.
Support new system implementations, maintenance and daily BAU for front-office platforms.
Translate front-office needs into Business Requirements Documents and coordinate with Technology for design and testing.
Provide training and knowledge sharing to downstream users for new product rollouts.
Collaborate with Operations, Risk and Finance to ensure end-to-end trade lifecycle processes.
