Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) in Singapore seeks a skilled Front/Middle Office Support specialist to optimize real-time trading platforms for Global Markets. You will translate business needs into BRDs and coordinate with Technology for design, testing and deployment.

The role requires Treasury product knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proactive, deadline-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, CS, or related field.
• Technologically savvy with interest in new tech.
• 3+ years in front office or middle office support.
• Good knowledge of Treasury Products.
• Basic Treasury workflow knowledge.
• Knowledge of electronic trading platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with front office traders to understand real-time trading needs.
• Translate requirements into Business Requirements Documents.
• Partner with Tech for system design and UAT.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing for new product rollouts.
• Work with Operations, Risk, Finance and other teams for end-to-end processes.
• Manage user queries and ensure proper case closure daily.
