OPTIONS GROUP SINGAPORE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Front Office Trading Platforms Support professional to provide L1/L2 production support for direct trading and execution platforms across Fixed Income, FX and Structured Products.

You will work with Sales & Trading desks across Asia, coordinating with global teams, vendors and brokers to ensure seamless trade execution, booking accuracy and STP workflows using Bloomberg TOMS, ALLQ and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

Experience in L1/L2 production support for front office trading platforms.
Knowledge of Fixed Income, FX or Structured Products trading environments.
Experience with Bloomberg TOMS, ALLQ and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

Deliver L1/L2 production support for direct trading and execution platforms (Fixed Income, FX, Structured Products).
Support Sales & Trading desks across multiple Asian locations ensuring trade execution and STP workflows.
Monitor and resolve trade capture issues, platform alerts and booking issues including Bloomberg TOMS and CMF errors.
Act as the first point of contact for trading platform incidents during trading hours with clear communication.
Log, triage and manage incidents via ServiceNow; coordinate with global Front Office Support teams, brokers and vendors.
Handle user onboarding/offboarding for DTP platforms with access management coordination.
Support client/trader enablement across execution platforms including ALLQ and TOMS.
Participate in platform changes (upgrades, cutovers, EOL), testing and UAT connectivity for DTP changes.
Maintain runbooks and supporting documentation for audit/compliance.
