BGC Partners is seeking an experienced IT Support/Desktop Support professional to provide end-user support in Singapore. The role includes handling desktop, voice, and AV hardware issues, as well as system checks and ticket management.

The ideal candidate has strong Windows expertise, hardware knowledge, and experience with market data applications, DNS/TCP/IP, and Office suite. Collaboration with global teams is expected.

Qualificações

• 5+ years IT Support/Desktop Support experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows desktop technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS and internetworking.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Voice & AV Conferencing technologies.
• Knowledge of Market Data applications and services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide IT support to all users in Singapore.
• Support via phone/email/service tickets for desktop and voice issues.
• Install, test, and troubleshoot dealer board and AV hardware.
• Perform morning system checks to ensure systems run smoothly.
• Install and support Windows OS, hardware, and software applications.
• Raise, update and close support tickets promptly.
• Participate in global projects and communicate procedures clearly.
