COMO Metropolitan Singapore is seeking a proactive Front Office supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring guest satisfaction and seamless service across reception, bell, and cashiering tasks.

You will coordinate staff, manage rosters, train team members, and uphold hotel standards for VIP guests and routine operations, contributing to a superior guest experience in a luxury setting.

Formación

• Experience supervising front desk operations and coordinating guest services.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and staff to resolve issues promptly.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on training and performance improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the daily operation of the Front Office Department, including Guest Service Agents and Front Desk staff.
• Communicate with guests per hotel policies to identify needs and preferences; maintain a preference log for repeat guests.
• Implement duty rosters to ensure adequate staffing across all Front Office areas.
