Job summary

You will coordinate staff, manage rosters, train team members, and uphold hotel standards for VIP guests and routine operations, contributing to a superior guest experience in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising front desk operations and coordinating guest services.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and staff to resolve issues promptly.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on training and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operation of the Front Office Department, including Guest Service Agents and Front Desk staff.
• Communicate with guests per hotel policies to identify needs and preferences; maintain a preference log for repeat guests.
• Implement duty rosters to ensure adequate staffing across all Front Office areas.
