Job summary

COMO Metropolitan Singapore is seeking an Assistant Chef Concierge to oversee concierge operations and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will coordinate with departments to anticipate guest needs and provide informed recommendations, from car rentals to local attractions.

With a minimum of 3 years in Front Office or Concierge in luxury settings, you will lead a team, maintain service standards, and coach colleagues to ensure exceptional guest service and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• A diploma in Hospitality is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years in Front Office or Concierge experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Knowledgeable about the city, tours, and excursions to refer guests to various tourist destinations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day concierge operations, ensuring quality standards and customer expectations are met.
• Develop goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish tasks.
• Build and maintain relationships with local attractions, restaurants, and businesses to enhance guest experiences.
• Provide recommendations and arrange services for guests, including car rentals, transportation, and shopping.
