• Professional disposition with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day concierge operations to meet quality standards and guest expectations.
• Lead and support the concierge team; ensure adherence to hotel policies and service standards.
• Provide exceptional guest service; coach team members and address issues promptly.
• Support People & Culture activities; participate in hiring and team development.
• Handle communications and share information with supervisors and stakeholders; attend department meetings.
