Job summary

COMO Metropolitan Singapore is seeking a hands-on Front Office Supervisor to coordinate the lobby and oversee the work of hotel staff across front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments, ensuring smooth guest flow and outstanding service in the heart of Singapore.

You will lead daily team briefings, resolve guest issues, maintain and report incident logs, drive upselling, manage scheduling, and enforce safety policies while mentoring team members to deliver a superior guest

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in hospitality.
• Proven ability to delegat​e, coach, and resolve conflicts.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience handling guest complaints and maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Flexible to work shifts, including overnights and holidays.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall lobby activities.
• Supervise front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and other departments; assign duties and schedule shifts.
• Resolve guest issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction; liaise with departments.
• Lead daily team briefings in absence of Front Office Manager.
• Maintain and update the logbook; report daily incidents for handover and service improvement.
• Motivate and track monthly upselling results.
• Handle administrative duties: reports, records, schedules, inventory, and financial transactions.
• Implement and enforce hotel safety, emergency response, and security policies.
