The role reports to the Front Office Manager and requires at least 3 years in a similar role, plus strong English and Opera PMS know-how. Local candidates preferred for Singapore location and permanent full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
• Strong customer-focused approach and professional presentation.

Responsabilités

• Plan and supervise day-to-day reception operations, including room sales and VIP assignments.
• Ensure prompt, cordial guest attention and resolve related problems.
• Handle guest requests and complaints with courtesy and efficiency, and coordinate with staff.
• Liaise with departments to ensure accurate guest information and billing.
• Maintain reservation procedures and verify arrivals and same-day charges.
• Respond to operational requests from Front Office and other hotel departments.
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned.
