Overview

Immediate headcount available. Apply Now! 5-day work week 8.30am-6.15pm, rotating shifts with at least one weekend. No night shift. Clinics are closed on public holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Perform front desk duties such as greeting customers, scheduling of appointments, handling queries & complaints via phone, email or general correspondence.
  • Managing payment collection and submitting dental claims via CHAS, Medisave or Insurance portals.
  • Maintain overall clinic cleanliness, infection control and professional image.
  • Perform other administrative duties such as maintaining clinic records, manage office supplies, fill out clinic forms, and file timely reports.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Must be able to work on at least one weekend (Sat or Sun)
  • Able to work in multiple locations as needed operationally
