Performance Motors Limited seeks a Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact, delivering a seamless, professional experience across all service touchpoints. You will manage inquiries, schedule appointments, and support operational efficiency while upholding high customer satisfaction.

You will greet customers at reception, promote services and digital tools, handle calls, log CRM data, and assist with reports to monitor daily service levels and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum O level with at least 2 years in the customer service industry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with a proactive service mindset.
• 5.25 work week.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers at front reception.
• Coordinate service appointments and shuttle arrangements.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and log CRM data.
• Promote and assist with Share Box (Key Drop), App-ing & Mapping.
• Assist with daily/weekly/monthly reporting and service level tracking.
• Ensure all customer interactions are logged and followed up with next steps.
