Qualifications

• Minimum O level.
• 2 years in customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers at the front reception.
• Coordinate service appointments and shuttle services as needed.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and log activities in CRM.
• Obtain customer details and vehicle information for service records.
• Promote and assist with app usage and ongoing promotions.
• Support warranty checks and adherence to local guidelines.
• Assist in generating daily/weekly/monthly service reports.

Company :Performance Motors LimitedWhat You’ll Be DoingAs a Customer Service Officer, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience across all service touchpoints.This role involves managing inbound and outbound communications, coordinating service appointments, and supporting operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.Meet and Greet customer at the front receptionPromote and assist with the usage of the Share Box (Key Drop)Promote App-ing & Mapping at the front receptionHandle calls at all times and charge (wrap up code) accordingly if anyAct as first point of telephone contact for customer support requestsObtain precise customer personal particulars, vehicle registration, car ownership (raise change management form for amendment / update)Check for support agreement / warranty validity per local guideline.Ensure all inbound/ outbound calls, including customer compliments and complaints logged in CRM system are definedAssign call to the appropriate delivery method (CSA) and payment typeProvide customer with call number for follow-up and set customer expectations on the next steps in the service delivery processAssist in special product campaign or promotionsArrange for shuttle service, airport service, pickup and delivery for customersSchedule customers for professional car care servicesTo ensure daily service level achievementAssist in generating daily, weekly and monthly reports as and when requiredWho We’re Looking ForMinimum O level with at least 2 years of experience in the customer service industry.Strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Customer-focused with a proactive service mindset.5.25 work week
