Job summary

RB Capital Farrer Hotel Pte. Ltd. on Singapore's iconic hospitality scene seeks a Front Desk Associate to deliver warm guest service, handle check-in/check-out, and manage rooming and inquiries.

You will ensure accurate cashiering, foreign exchange, and compliance with IHG standards. The ideal candidate has a High School/Vocational certificate in hotel administration, at least 1 year in guest services, strong English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Front Office System.

Qualifications

• High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration or Hotel Management with 1 year in guest/customer service.
• Able to read and write English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Front Office System.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out.
• Assist guests with inquiries and hotel services.
• Handle cashiering and currency exchange for guests.
• Maintain accurate data in hotel systems and guest records.
• Uphold IHG brand standards and ensure courteous guest interactions.
