The role involves shift work, interacting with guests across multiple channels, and contributing to a high hospitality standard. Candidate will handle inquiries, room checks, reservations, and public area checks while maintaining accuracy and courtesy, with potential internal opportunities as you progress within the hotel

Qualifications

• Provide guests with a friendly, accurate and efficient check-in/check-out following company policies and procedures.
• May be tasked to execute room checks, reservations and public area checks as part of the hotel’s efforts.
• Staffs more holistic training towards possible promotion.
• Answer guest inquiries (email/phone/counter) and render reasonable assistance within hospitality standards.
• Cashiering duties and maintain accurate cash float.

Responsibilities

• Provide all guests with a friendly, accurate and efficient check-in/check-out while following the company's policies and procedures.
• May be tasked to execute room checks, reservation and public area checks etc, as part of the Hotel's effort to offer.
