Job summary

The role requires Diploma in Hospitality or related fields, 1–2 years in customer service, and solid knowledge of PMS systems. Strong communication, multitasking, and a guest-centric mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• WSQ certifications in Service Excellence or Hotel Operations advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Customer-oriented mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in hotel PMS (Opera, Fidelio) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records in PMS.
• Uphold service standards and hotel policies.
• Provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
