Job summary

JOB EXPERT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a guest-focused Front Desk Associate to assist with check-ins and check-outs and verify reservations.

You will coordinate daily front office activities to ensure smooth operations and maintain accurate room status information. You will monitor guest requests and feedback, provide information about the property's amenities, and strive to resolve concerns promptly to guarantee guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in similar capacity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A good team player.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with guests' check-ins and check-outs and verify guests' reservations.
• Coordinate daily front office activities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate room status information.
• Monitor and facilitate service responses to guests' requests to ensure timely and appropriate follow-up.
• Monitor guest satisfaction levels and feedback for service improvement.
• Provide information and recommendations to guests on property's amenities and services.
• Resolve guests' concerns and feedback to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
