Cordia Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Front Office Associate in Singapore to warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, and provide information on hotel services. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, upselling rooms, managing reservations, and maintaining lounge operations and stock levels, while upholding brand service standards.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of relevant front office experience.
• Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with property management systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and check in guests; issue room keys and provide information on hotel services.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to handle issues, requests and complaints for guest satisfaction.
• Process transactions according to SOPs, post charges, and prepare reports.
