Job summary

Salling Search PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Freight Sales Executive to drive new business and manage a growing portfolio in a fast-paced freight forwarding environment.

You will develop opportunities, negotiate freight rates, and coordinate with operations and overseas agents to ensure smooth shipments while meeting monthly targets.

The role requires a logistics/ business degree and at least 2 years in freight sales, with strong communication and negotiation skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of air, sea, and/or land freight products and services.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and freight/logistics software systems.
