Job summary

MMC Success Pte. Ltd. seeks a dynamic sales/business development professional in Singapore to develop new business through daily outbound calls and proactive client engagement.

You will build relationships with clients, understand requirements, negotiate terms, and prepare tailored quotations. Training will be provided for fresh graduates. The role involves collaboration with Operations and Pricing teams to ensure smooth shipments and accurate CRM/quoting records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, telemarketing, customer service, or related roles is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calls and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through daily outbound calls and client engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients via phone and face-to-face communication.
• Understand client requirements and negotiate pricing, service terms, and solutions with clients and vendors.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, and conduct timely follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed business.
• Handle client enquiries, objections and negotiations professionally while maintaining a positive and persistent approach.
• Collaborate with Operations and Pricing teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Gain knowledge of freight forwarding, Incoterms, air/sea freight rates, and related documentation through training.
• Maintain accurate client, quotation, and sales pipeline records in the CRM and quoting systems.
• Support other business development and sales activities as assigned.
