Job summary

Global AirFreight International in Singapore seeks a proactive Sales/BD professional to drive profitable freight business growth by acquiring new customers, developing corporate accounts, and increasing shipment volume and revenue.

Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, Finance, overseas agents, airlines, and shipping lines to meet air and sea freight requirements; maintain a robust sales pipeline and conduct regular customer visits and reviews to identify cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education in Business, Logistics, Marketing.
• 3–5 years in Sales/BD in logistics/freight.
• Strong knowledge of air and sea freight.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused and commercially driven.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through prospecting and quotes.
• Manage corporate accounts and grow revenue.
• Prepare and negotiate freight quotations and terms.
• Meet sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and partners.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and monthly reports.
• Conduct customer visits and reviews; identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities; pursue opportunities.
