Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a senior Sales/Business Development professional with at least 5 years in freight forwarding, shipping, air cargo or logistics to drive new business and revenue growth.

The role requires a Class 3 license with own vehicle and a proven ability to secure the best rates. Based in Penjuru, you will report to the leadership team and manage key customer accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales/business development experience in freight forwarding, shipping, air cargo, or logistics.
• Possess Class 3 License & Own Vehicle

Responsibilities

• Hunt and secure new business and customers
• Meet targets and/or increase revenue, volumes, and gross profit
• Execute business development strategies and tactics
• Interact with local and regional vendors to secure best rates for customer proposals
• Manage and analyze performance of owned customers and take action as needed
• Work on tenders/RFQs/Bids
• Maintain positive internal stakeholder relationships with Tech, Product, CS, Operations & others
• Contribute ideas on process improvements and related implementations
• Execute and manage all other duties as assigned by superiors
